This role is pivotal in optimizing semiconductor fabrication processes to enhance efficiency, throughput, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will leverage advanced digital tools, Work-in-Progress (WIP) management, and Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) to drive operational excellence in our cutting-edge manufacturing environment.
Based in Denpasar, Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure seamless fab flow. Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize semiconductor fabrication workflows to improve efficiency, throughput, and cycle time.
- Develop and implement WIP (Work-in-Progress) management strategies to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Utilize AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems) to streamline material flow and reduce manual intervention.
- Leverage digital tools and data analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance process stability.
- Design and execute lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of fab resources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on performance metrics, improvements, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, fab operations, or industrial engineering.
- Proven expertise in WIP management, AMHS, and fab flow optimization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau) and simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, Arena).
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI) is highly desirable.
