Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for mechanical installations.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on mechanical work status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all mechanical installations meet local and international codes, including environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and on-site teams on mechanical installation procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on mechanical engineering aspects to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for designing and analyzing mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with local and international safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
