Responsibility
- Design, develop, and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD or BIM software.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Perform load calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and system optimization to enhance performance and sustainability.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment within budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and compliance certificates.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site teams and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for MEP design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and international MEP standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
