Terasmaju is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Engineer to join our team in Bali. As an M&E Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical systems for our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery while adhering to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and resolve potential issues or delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all M&E works adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical advice and solutions.
- Manage procurement of M&E materials and equipment, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems design, installation, and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and project management.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
