As the M&E Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of M&E technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and automation systems across mixed-use properties.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all M&E operations comply with local regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO, NFPA), and client-specific requirements.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor M&E budgets, including cost control, vendor negotiations, and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
- Emergency Response: Lead rapid troubleshooting and resolution of critical M&E failures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Energy Efficiency: Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and operational costs without compromising performance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with property managers, tenants, and external consultants to align M&E strategies with business objectives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance audits for internal and client reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in M&E maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within Facilities Management or Property Management.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, BMS (Building Management Systems), and fire protection systems.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in PMP, LEED, or CMVP (Certified Measurement & Verification Professional).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury hospitality, commercial real estate, or mixed-use developments is highly advantageous.
- Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and MS Office.
