Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule equipment servicing and maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Liaise with workshop teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with operational needs.
- Monitor equipment performance and usage data to identify trends, forecast maintenance requirements, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely availability for maintenance tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and resource utilization for management review.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot equipment issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment planning, maintenance coordination, or a similar role in a workshop or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with maintenance management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies, equipment lifecycle management, and inventory control is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
