Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software and BIM tools.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of M&E components.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or other relevant design and simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, ASHRAE) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED AP is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
