Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software for designing and drafting technical plans.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems design and installation.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, LEED, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
