Staff Domain Inc is seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join our Cebu-based engineering department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our products, providing essential support for both new design initiatives and the refinement of existing mechanical systems.

Responsibility
- Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to finalize product designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Update and maintain existing engineering documentation and bill of materials (BOM).
- Perform detailed design checks to ensure high standards of accuracy and manufacturability.
- Support the design development process from initial prototyping to final production release.
- Manage document control processes and archive engineering files systematically.
- Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for product efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent vocational certification).
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Drafter or similar design support role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design packages.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical engineering specifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet strict deadlines.
