Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective math lessons to students of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and student needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring to enhance student understanding and performance.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development and goals.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Math Teacher or Tutor, preferably in a tuition center setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore math curriculum and teaching standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and resources is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
