Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in management science, business strategy, organizational behavior, and related subjects.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate theses, research projects, and dissertations, guiding students through the research process from proposal to final submission.
- Conduct original research in your area of expertise, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and present at national and international conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary courses, academic programs, and industry-relevant certifications.
- Engage with local businesses, startups, and multinational corporations to create internship opportunities, guest lectures, and real-world case studies for students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes to ensure the university maintains high academic standards.
- Contribute to the university’s community outreach programs, including workshops, seminars, and public lectures on topics related to management and business.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree (minimum) or Ph.D. (preferred) in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven teaching experience at the university level, with a strong ability to engage students and deliver complex concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated research experience, including publications in academic journals, conference presentations, or industry reports.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business challenges.
- Experience with curriculum development, including designing syllabi, course materials, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.
- A passion for mentoring students and fostering their professional and personal growth.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom) and modern teaching technologies is advantageous.
