Responsibility
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and young children.
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental milestones (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical).
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address concerns.
- Assist in daily routines, including feeding, napping, and hygiene for infant care roles.
- Organize and lead educational activities, such as storytelling, music, art, and outdoor play.
- Support lead teachers in classroom management and material preparation (for Assistant Teachers).
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with school policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in infant care, preschool teaching, or assistant teaching.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to multicultural settings.
- First Aid/CPR certification for infants and children (a plus).
- Passion for working with young children and creating a positive learning experience.
