Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Indonesian language curriculum aligned with national education standards.
- Deliver interactive and student-centered lessons to enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create engaging teaching materials, including worksheets, presentations, and digital resources.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
- Organize cultural activities, storytelling sessions, and language competitions to enrich the learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate cross-disciplinary themes into language instruction.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Indonesian Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field (S1).
- Valid teaching certification (preferably for primary education).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Indonesian language or literature, preferably in an SDIT or similar setting.
- Strong command of the Indonesian language (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Kurikulum 2013 or Merdeka Belajar curriculum frameworks.
- Passion for education and a patient, adaptive approach to working with young learners.
- Ability to use digital tools and platforms for teaching and assessment.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
