Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive English language lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and interactive activities to track progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including digital tools, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Provide individualized support to students with varying levels of English proficiency.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events, to enrich student experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and feedback for parents and administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven experience as an English Teacher or tutor, preferably in a school or language center setting.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching (CLT) and task-based learning.
- Ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student development and success.
- Professionalism, patience, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Denpasar, Badung (preferred but not mandatory for highly qualified candidates).
