Responsibility
- Develop, review, and enhance Mandarin course curricula to align with educational standards and student needs.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of Mandarin instructors to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Coordinate class schedules, student enrollments, and resource allocation to optimize program efficiency.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Mandarin courses through digital and local channels.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations for language programs.
- Foster partnerships with schools, businesses, and cultural organizations to expand program reach.
- Stay updated on trends in language education and integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mandarin teaching, curriculum development, or educational management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher) and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, projects, or educational programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools for language education.
- Passion for cross-cultural education and a commitment to student success.
