Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in core academic subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies) aligned with the Senior High School curriculum.
- Develop and implement student-centered lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and continuous feedback, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and academic support to students, addressing individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress using digital or traditional systems.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to foster strong home-school partnerships.
- Stay updated with educational trends, pedagogical best practices, and subject-specific advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, History) from an accredited institution.
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., LET for Filipino teachers or equivalent international credentials).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Senior High School level, preferably in Academic Track or Core Subjects.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies (e.g., LMS, digital whiteboards, online assessment tools).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, including ESL students.
