Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for primary school students in small-group or one-on-one settings.
- Develop and implement customized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs and abilities.
- Provide after-school care and supervision in a safe, nurturing daycare environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design creative, interactive teaching materials and activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team meetings to enhance teaching skills.
- Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners with patience and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or childcare (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and adapt to different learning styles.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in managing classroom activities.
