Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Develop and implement creative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and contribute to school-wide educational initiatives.
- Incorporate moral and spiritual values into daily lessons to support holistic student development.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial).
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Alignment with faith-based or values-driven education principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic school setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based in the area).
