Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with local and international faculty to enhance teaching strategies.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, cultural events, and school functions.
- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Incorporate modern teaching technologies and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time position.
