Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand SIT’s global partnerships and student exchange programs.
- Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with international universities, institutions, and organizations.
- Design and oversee cross-cultural programs, including study abroad, internships, and faculty exchanges.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align global mobility initiatives with institutional goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of international programs, ensuring alignment with SIT’s mission and values.
- Represent SIT at international conferences, forums, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide guidance and support to students and faculty participating in global mobility programs.
- Stay abreast of trends in international education and recommend innovative approaches to program development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international education, program management, or global mobility.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining international partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity.
