Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of undergraduate academic programmes, with a focus on entrepreneurship and experiential learning.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies for all undergraduate initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and external stakeholders to enhance programme relevance and industry alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the budgeting, resource allocation, and operational logistics of academic programmes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support students and junior staff, fostering a culture of academic excellence and professional growth.
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Represent NTU at conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote programmes and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic programme management, curriculum development, or higher education administration.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex academic projects from inception to execution.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards, quality assurance, and compliance in higher education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in entrepreneurship education, innovation programmes, or industry-academia collaborations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics tools, and educational technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving academic and industry trends.
