Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for primary and secondary students.
- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Prepare engaging teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments to reinforce learning objectives.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in primary or secondary education.
- Strong command of Mathematics and Sciences (Physics, Chemistry) with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching and mentoring young learners.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
