Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, interactive technical training sessions in areas such as programming, web development, or software engineering.
- Develop and refine curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student learning objectives.
- Mentor and guide students through hands-on projects, providing feedback and support to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain effective classroom management, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the training team to organize workshops, hackathons, and tech events that enrich the student experience.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Contribute to team operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Mentor in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for technical subjects.
