Responsibility
- Develop and deliver innovative lesson plans tailored to junior high school (SMP) curriculum standards.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to engage students and improve learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Monitor and report on student progress to parents and management.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment for students.
- Stay updated on educational trends and integrate new techniques into teaching.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher for junior high school students.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian SMP curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
- Passion for education and student development with a patient and adaptive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms (a plus).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
