Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and control of inventory-related activities to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support the logistics team in the preparation and dispatch of goods.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
