Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain a robust material tracking system to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse and on-site material storage to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material needs and align supply with demand.
- Prepare and present reports on material usage, costs, and efficiency metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline material handling processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are stored under appropriate conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials control, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, teams, and management.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
