Join Intisumber Bajasakti as an Expedition & Logistics Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations across our Bali-based sites, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. This dynamic position combines administrative oversight with hands-on logistics management to support our growing network in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant regions.
As part of our team, you’ll coordinate shipment schedules, manage documentation, and liaise between our Head Office in Pluit, Jakarta and Cikupa, Tangerang expedition sites, while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will drive efficiency in our manufacturing, transportation, and logistics processes.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily expedition schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Manage and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Optimize route planning to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management on logistics performance and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in expedition, logistics, or administrative roles within manufacturing or transportation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Jakarta or Tangerang for coordination purposes.
