Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and shortages.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or materials management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s manufacturing landscape and local supplier networks is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
