As the cornerstone of our manufacturing efficiency, you will lead a high-performing team of schedulers to ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS). Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service and supply chain schedulers across all site locations to ensure operational alignment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Plan (SIOP) to balance supply and demand.
- Oversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize production efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to minimize excess stock while preventing stockouts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OTD (On-Time Delivery) and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and present KPI reports on planning accuracy, inventory turnover, and production performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in material planning, production control, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in SIOP, MPS, MRP, and demand forecasting in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
