Responsibility
- Perform daily inventory handling, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and package materials for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily operational targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or a related field.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25-50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
