Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) under supervision.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic physical fitness to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg (assistance available for heavier loads).
- Ability to work part-time hours, including potential weekend shifts (with 2 fixed days off per week).
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
