Responsibility
- Execute daily warehousing duties including the loading, unloading, and staging of goods.
- Maintain 100% database integrity through precise data entry and real-time inventory updates.
- Perform regular stocktaking and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to documentation control processes for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently in compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse workflow and improve operational throughput.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
