Responsibility
- Execute daily warehousing duties including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain database integrity by accurately inputting inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform regular stocktaking, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits to ensure minimal discrepancies.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, hand jacks, and reach trucks to move stock.
- Verify and control documentation, ensuring all delivery orders, invoices, and shipping manifests are processed correctly.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or material handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or basic ERP inventory modules is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a valid forklift operator's license (SIO) is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25kg safely on a regular basis.
- Good attention to detail with basic mathematical skills for accurate stock counting.
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative team-player attitude.
