Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline material flow and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, material usage, and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or a similar role.
