Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement efficient material handling and storage procedures to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages.
- Maintain detailed records of material transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding material handling.
- Generate reports on inventory status, material usage, and cost analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in material handling.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
