Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to align with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock while minimizing excess.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review demand plans and resolve supply constraints.
- Implement and maintain scheduling tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, materials management, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia.
