Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain master data models to support business processes and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define data standards, governance policies, and workflows.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to eliminate duplicates and errors.
- Automate data processes using SQL, Python, or ETL tools to improve efficiency.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for leadership decision-making.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions for anomalies.
- Train end-users on data management best practices and system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in master data management (MDM), data governance, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or data integration platforms (Informatica, Talend).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP, SAP MDG) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural team and adapt to agile methodologies.
