Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth on major e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Optimize product listings, including SEO-friendly descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Identify and capitalize on new marketplace opportunities, including promotions, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management, with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience in the Indonesian market is a plus.
