Based in the vibrant hub of Denpasar, Bali, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team to ensure seamless operations across EIGER’s marketplace listings and official brandsite. Your role will involve monitoring platform performance, assisting with content updates, and resolving customer inquiries to enhance the shopping experience. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about digital commerce, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibility
- Assist in the daily management of EIGER’s marketplace (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and official brandsite, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, customer reviews) and prepare reports for the marketing team.
- Coordinate with the content team to upload and update product images, descriptions, and promotional materials across all digital channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on marketplace platforms and the brandsite in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and social media integrations.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical or operational issues on the platforms, escalating complex problems to the IT or e-commerce team.
- Assist in inventory synchronization between marketplace platforms and internal systems to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee) and digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the outdoor, lifestyle, or retail industry is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) or customer service is beneficial but not required.
