Responsibility
- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies, including event planning, promotional campaigns, and community engagement initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Lead the LSM team in executing on-ground activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach and drive collaborative opportunities.
- Design and manage voucher programs, loyalty schemes, and in-store promotions to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
- Coordinate with regional and headquarters teams to ensure consistency in marketing messaging and campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., sales growth, customer engagement, ROI) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose improvements.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, ensuring brand compliance and local relevance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing, event management, or local store marketing, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, partnership development, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a local marketing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Canva).
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for retail innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
