Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for credit product promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to design targeted campaigns that drive credit product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions to expand the company’s network.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, ROI, and customer feedback to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all credit marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on credit products and marketing techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of credit products, financial regulations, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
