Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers for Hajj Portion Financing products through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to raise awareness of financing options for Hajj pilgrims.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor financial solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with local communities, mosques, and religious leaders to promote trust and credibility in our services.
- Provide clear, accurate information about financing terms, eligibility, and benefits to potential customers.
- Track and report on customer acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Hajj-related financial products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer segments.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its cultural dynamics is advantageous.
