Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Sappunās market position in Baliās luxury wellness and skincare industry.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, and partnerships) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling brand assets, including copy, visuals, and video content.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and optimize strategies based on data.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, retailers, and media partners to amplify brand reach.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, in-store experiences, and digital platforms.
- Support product launches and seasonal promotions with innovative, customer-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in luxury, beauty, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
