In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts, shoot and edit professional videos, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. Whether it’s showcasing luxury properties, sharing market insights, or creating lifestyle reels, your work will help build a strong personal brand and drive audience growth.
Based in the vibrant communities of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas, you’ll have the freedom to work in inspiring locations while contributing to a brand that values innovation and creativity. Responsibility
- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube tailored to real estate audiences.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos (short-form and long-form) showcasing properties, market trends, and lifestyle content.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories that align with brand identity and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports business goals and lead generation.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to maximize visibility and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing across all platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Manager, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative videography and content creation skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
