Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Report on KPIs and present insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Canva, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
