Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Radii Global’s business objectives and enhances our digital presence.
- Lead the creation and management of brand campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints, including website, content, and product marketing.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our brand innovative and competitive.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute brand initiatives efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
- Foster a strong brand culture internally by educating and engaging employees in brand values and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
