Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Sperryâs brand vision, business goals, and regional market dynamics.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and experiential).
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-impact outcomes.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends, tools, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify campaign reach.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, design, and multimedia assets, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management in B2C or lifestyle brands, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliâs market landscape and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
