In this role, you will identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify our brand presence on TikTok Shop and Shopee, driving affiliate program success and boosting sales.
Based in Bali’s vibrant digital hub, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and track performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of retail marketing in Indonesia’s booming e-commerce landscape.

Responsibility
- Identify and recruit high-potential KOLs and creators aligned with our retail brand values.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with KOLs to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities in the retail space.
- Optimize affiliate program performance through continuous testing and refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or digital retail.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for retail and e-commerce trends.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
