Responsibility
- Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Create, edit, and publish marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including drafting newsletters and tracking performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics is an advantage.
