Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with Sian Chay’s mission and brand identity.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community leaders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, AV requirements, and attendee engagement.
- Manage event marketing efforts, including digital promotions, social media campaigns, and email invitations.
- Coordinate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth event execution and high participant satisfaction.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing attendance, feedback, and ROI to improve future initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event technologies to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or community engagement roles.
- Proven track record of managing 50+ attendee events from conception to completion.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Passion for community service and healthcare advocacy is highly desirable.
